The first step in finishing your basement is to give us a call or send us an email.

Step 2:
Your First Appointment
This appointment takes place in your home at your convenience. You will be meeting with a design & construction specialist. During this appointment, we will walk your basement with you, listen to your ideas and answer all of your questions. We then will be measuring every detail of your basement so that we can begin the process of creating your ultimate basement remodel.

Step 3:
Your Quote
Your quote will be sent to you in a timely manner for your review. Our quotes are detailed and specific so that you may understand the exact manner in which your basement is being designed specifically for you. Upon review you will make any changes in both the material or construction method. Upon approval of the final quote we will begin the blueprinting along with 3D renderings of your ultimate basement remodel.

Step 4:
Your Plan
Your blueprint along with 3D renderings of your basement will be delivered to you in your home at your convenience. At this meeting your will be able to see how your ultimate basement remodel will look and feel at the completion of construction. Once we have agreed on the final design, we will be asking for your commitment to proceed with construction portion of your ultimate basement remodel.

Step 5:
Your Construction
Now we enter the construction portion of your ultimate basement remodel project. Once your project has begun, finishing your basement will take approximately 10-14 weeks. We will be available to answer all your questions or to make any changes throughout this entire phase. We will make sure that at the end of the day each space is swept and all debris removed. Tools will be organized and ready for the next day of work. We know you will want to see the daily progress of your ultimate basement remodel.

 
Step 6:
The Final Walk Through
Once your ultimate basement remodel is completed we will hold a homeowner's final walk through. At your final walk through we will walk through your ultimate basement remodel to answer any questions or concerns. We know that you will be thrilled with the end result. Your ultimate basement remodel will be a great addition to your home, where you will spend many hours enjoying your new space.
